LG introduced two new ultra-thin notebooks
LG has released a pair of Blade P430 and P530 laptops with screens less than 0.19mm, as well as extremely narrow screen edges.
On May 3, LG introduced new ultra-thin notebooks called Blade P430 and P530 to challenge other competitors.
Notebook P430 and P530.
These two devices use Shuriken display technology similar to the Xnote P210 and have ultra-thin screens with a thickness of less than 0.19mm as well as extremely narrow screen edges.
As a result, the P430's 14-inch screen fits into the frame of a 13.3-inch screen laptop while the P530 has a 15.6-inch screen.
In addition, the two new notebooks are also relatively light, with 4.28 pounds and 4.85 pounds, respectively, much lighter than most comparable laptops. Both use cutting-edge display technologies and aluminum covers to achieve the above advantages.
Moreover, the pair also has relatively high performance. The P430 and P530 are equipped with Core i5 and Core i7 processors, respectively, and all have a GeForce GT 520M discrete graphics card that can play mid-range games.
Both have a 1.3 megapixel webcam and DLNA technology sharing software (allowing wireless connectivity to other devices).
International shipments will be shipped at the end of May for P430 and the end of June with the P530.
LG is targeting Asian, European, Middle Eastern, South American, and Canadian markets.
