Instructions for registering as an online citizen identity at home

How to register for identification, online citizenship at home

Step 1: First to register for identity card, online citizenship, click on the link below to access the online public administration service page. Then select Citizenship . Next you will be transferred to the interface Entering the citizenship declaration form .

You can then choose the type of identity card, including:

1. CCCD Level (Only for people who do not have ID card and CCCD)
2. Change CCCD
3. Re-issue CCCD
4. New grant from 9-digit ID card to CCCD
5. New grant from 12-digit ID card to CCCD

Next drag down and write the basic information into the available information form. Starred items are mandatory items.

Go down to Citizens ' Requests > Confirmation of your ID number , select Yes to get a new ID / CCCD certificate for future paperwork.

Finally, select the registration date, the working time in the morning or the afternoon. Here you can also see the number of people who have registered for cmnd, cccd online that day.

Next, fill in the verification code, check and select I am responsible before the law for the above declaration and click Check information to check whether all the information you have declared is correct or not on the form.

Below there will be two Edit and Confirm button and save the declaration . If you want to edit, click Edit Declaration. If you find the information to make the cmnd correct and need no additional, please print the PDF file of that declaration, then wait until the scheduled date and time to come to submit.

You need to take note to bring full identification documents such as Household Registration Book, old ID card when submitting the declaration.
