Materials needed to make mini water pumps
- A mini pump
- A piece of plastic pipe 6
- One button
- A 9V battery jack
- Cover formex 0.5cm
- Candle glue, drilling machine, scissors, glue 502
Implementation steps
Step 1:
You cut the fomex cover sheet, use the drill and pull the 4 holes like the above.
Use glue candles to add 2 pieces of fomex perpendicular to the perforated fomex, the distance between the two pieces of the cover with the diameter of the soda bottle.
Step 2:
Use the glue to fix the pump on the cover of fomex, lying on the side with two small holes.
Punch a round hole on the bottle cap. Note that this hole must fit into the plastic pipe 6.
Use candle glue to attach the bottle cap to the cover plate so that the two holes overlap.
Step 3:
Cut a piece of plastic tube 6 about 40 cm long and connect one end to the IN line of the pump, the other end plugs through the cap as shown above.
Cut another piece of tube about 20 cm. One end connects to the OUT line of the pump, the other end is inserted into the last hole on the cover to make the water line as shown in the picture.
Step 4:
Use 502 glue to attach a button to a piece of fomex cover. Note, you only have to put a little 520 glue on it, avoid a lot of it, so it can flow into the button of the button, causing the button to be broken.
Then stick the back of the button to the pumpkin close to the water line as shown in the picture.
Step 5:
Connect one wire of the pump to the button. Each of the remaining wires of the pump and the button connect to the 9v jack.
