2017 League of Legends All-Star Event: Format and Rosters

The 2017 League of Legends All-Star Event brought fan-selected professional players from eight regions to the NA LCS Studio in Los Angeles. It ran from December 7 to 10 in local time, corresponding to December 8 to 11 for viewers in Vietnam.

Event format

Regional team tournament

The regional teams were divided into two groups and played best-of-one matches. The top two teams from each group advanced to the semifinals. Semifinal series used a best-of-three format, while the final was best-of-five.

1v1 tournament

Each region also sent two players to a 16-player, single-elimination 1v1 bracket. Early rounds were best-of-one; the semifinals and final were best-of-three.
