How to get the secret key in Animal Hospital

The key drops from Ratthew, a black animal character who frequently visits the hospital. You need to serve Ratthew, and the key will appear after enough interaction with this patient. You'll usually see Ratthew appear around the 8th to 10th shift.

When Ratthew visits, it will sit in your office and talk about being hunted by Animal Corporation, along with the story of its missing sister. After the conversation ends and Ratthew leaves, it will drop its keys where it was sitting. Pick them up before continuing.

How to use the key in Animal Hospital

Take the key to room 5 and find a poster hanging on the wall. Pull the poster down to reveal a secret safe behind it. Use the key to open the safe and see what's inside.

Inside the safe, you will find the following items:
