How to turn off ads on YouTube with Firefox:
Step 1 : Download and install the Adblock Plus add-on or the YouTube Center script . You can download Adblock Plus for Firefox.
Step 2: A pop-up window will appear, click Install to install this add-on. Wait about 5 seconds --> Install Now
Step 3 : Activate one or all three available functions:
- Malware Blocking : Blocks malware that may infect your system during web browsing.
- Remove Social Media Buttons : Prevents others from tracking your web browsing, similar to disabling the Remove button on Facebook.
- Disable Tracking : Disables ads on websites. If you want to disable ads on YouTube, select the Disable Tracking
function by clicking to switch from Off to On .
Once you're done, try watching a video on YouTube to see if all the ads have been removed.
