Expert Andrew Moore said, with the innovations that have been made, researchers only need to focus on improving them to be able to achieve great progress in the future.

Moore's point of view was given in the context that many people feared that current methods related to AI technology could lead to the risk of AI becoming a dominant and destructive force of humanity.

Moore is not the first to give such an opinion about AI. In September last year, one of the highly respected AI pioneers, Geoff Hinton, also argued that the AI achievements researchers have achieved today are as likely. Sorting images and chatting with Siri virtual assistants needs to be removed to start over.
