Mi Air 2S is still True Wireless headset but has a design quite similar to Apple's AirPods. According to Xiaomi, it is equipped with a dual-core chipset with many upgrades, as well as using the new binaural synchronization transmission technology, which helps minimize latency so that the audio signal is transmitted to the left and right ear at the same time. .
In addition to reducing audio latency, the new technology also helps to increase noise resistance and makes the connection between the left and right ears more stable. In addition, Xiaomi has optimized Bluetooth LHDC decoding for MIUI, applying a new architecture to optimize hardware.
Like previous Xiaomi wireless earphones, Mi Air 2S also uses the latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology. This technology will help Mi Air 2S save battery and extend the connection distance compared to the Bluetooth 4.0-only headset models on the market today.
In particular, Mi Air 2S also added a low latency mode, which significantly reduces audio latency, ensuring sound and images are synchronized in a seamless way, thereby giving users better gaming and video experience.
Moreover, Xiaomi's new wireless headsets also include the XiaoAI voice assistant, which can be easily activated by voice commands. Instead of operating directly on the phone, users can voice commands to request music, use the map to get directions, make phone calls .
Although not supporting active noise cancellation (ANC) like Apple's AirPods Pro, but with two built-in microphones, Mi Air 2S promises to bring users voice calls with good sound quality. and minimize noise from the surroundings.
The most impressive highlight on Mi Air 2S is probably the battery life. As announced by the manufacturer, this True Wireless headset can provide 5 hours of use after a full charge, as well as extend the battery life up to 24 hours when combined with the charging case. The included charging case supports Qi wireless charging technology, wired fast charging via the USB-C connector.
