Samsung revealed the first Snapdragon X Elite laptop
According to sources from WinFuture, Samsung will launch the first two laptop models using SoC ARM in the Galaxy Book 4 Edge line, with screen sizes of 14 inches and 16 inches respectively. This product line not only stands out with its modern design but also possesses an impressive arctic blue color tone. In particular, the 16-inch version will have a larger keyboard and full numeric keypad, meeting the diverse needs of users.
A notable point on Galaxy Book 4 Edge laptop models is Microsoft's new Copilot key. This key is designed to help users more easily access the built-in virtual assistant, improving the user experience and interaction with the device.
The Book 4 Pro model is expected to use the Snapdragon X Elite chip, known for its AI performance of up to 45 TOPS. This is one of the significant improvements, promising to bring powerful performance and smart processing for everyday tasks.
Regarding battery, the 16-inch version of the Galaxy Book 4 Edge is equipped with a 61.8 Wh battery, enough to watch local movies for 22 hours with 150 nits brightness when airplane mode is turned on. This laptop also supports fast charging via USB Type-C port with a capacity of up to 65W, helping users feel secure about battery life when on the go.
According to the report, Samsung Book4 Edge systems with Qualcomm SoC will cost from 1,800 EUR and up. This is an unacceptable price for a completely new architecture. In fact, there are almost no laptops using the Qualcomm
