The coffin learned to turn his body into a green tree
In the project called The Capsula Mundi, Anna Citelli and Roul Bretzel two Italian designers created egg-shaped organic covers to replace traditional coffins.

The dead body will be placed in the organic cover in a curled up position like the fetus in the womb. After that, the "egg coffin" will be buried deep underground, a seedling or seed planted above. These "eggs" will turn the dead corpse into nutrients to feed the green tree. Family members and friends can visit or rest under the shade of trees. This is an initiative that has many environmental benefits.
But this idea is still theoretical because it has not been accepted by Italian law.
Bio-flask turns dead human ashes into green trees
A company in Spain came up with the idea of a product called Bio Urn, the first incubator in the world.
The Urn Bio contains the ashes of the dead and the seed, which will eventually grow into a large tree.
Bio Urn is equipped with an internal sensor to monitor soil temperature, humidity and conductivity. All information will be delivered to the user through a smartphone application to help them take care of the plant in the best way.
