1. Basic information : Full name, gender, date of birth, phone number, ethnicity .
2. Permanent address: (Recorded by Household Registration Book)
3. Temporary residence address: (Recorded in the Temporary Residence Book)
4. Employment : Enter your Job, Agency name, Company
5. Family Information : Enter Parent's Full Name
6. Reason for passport issuance : You can choose to register for a new or re-granted according to your needs
7. Place to receive registration documents : You choose the address of your passport as your passport

In addition, you can select the line " I want to register with Viettel Post Joint Stock Company to deliver passports to the address " if not directly to get the passport.

Shipping fee is as follows:

1. VND 15,000 / passport for urban districts, VND 20,000 / passport for suburban districts / towns.
2. After receiving a receipt, invite you to Viettel Company's office to do procedures and pay fees.

Finally, you tick the line " I will take responsibility before the law on statements " => Enter the confirmation code => You choose Continue.

After completing the registration, the screen will display information that you have successfully registered. If you want to continue registering for others, choose REGISTER.

After sending the completed application form, you must wait within 48 hours, then hold the ID card / temporary residence book to the Immigration Management Department to carry out the procedures for receiving and taking photos => Presenting the necessary papers (ID card / Temporary residence book) + With the affidavit, you sign and confirm receipt and get a receipt => Finally, you pay the passport fee and the fee to deliver the passport to your address.
