Tau Ceti is a star of the constellation of Venus, whose spectrum is similar to the Sun but has a smaller weight (only 78% of the Sun). Because Tau Ceti has similarities with the Sun (Tau Ceti is like the Sun in size and brightness), it becomes the number one target for alien life search (SETI).

Using telescopes in the Southern European Observatory (located in Chile) and the Keck Observatory (Mauna Kea, Hawaii), British scientists discovered four planets of equal size. Land in the "habitable zone" Goldilocks of Tau Ceti (the area is not too hot or too cold for water to exist in liquid form).

In particular, the two planets are denoted by e and f not only located near the center of the living area, which is similar in size to the Earth but can also exist.

Scientists have used the "vibration" method (Wobble), a new research method that makes it easier for researchers to distinguish the light signals of planets and star activity, to measure images. Effect of gravity interaction on these planets.

Dr Fabo Feng from the University of Hertfordshire (UK), who led the study, said: "The weak vibration method is a historical milestone in finding planets similar to Earth."
