Introducing the costume system in Cookie Run: Kingdom

The costume is an alternate appearance to Cookie's appearance, introduced in the Halloween Masquerade update. The player can get it by using the Rainbow Cube to spin the Custome Gacha.

Eye-catching designs are used to give the Cookie characters a new look. Collecting Custome Set skins will increase stats based on the number of skins owned from that set.

Skins have a rarity separate from Cookie rarity, which determines both how likely they are to be obtained from the Costume Gacha and how many Rainbow Crystals are provided if the skin is duplicated.

Some skins, typically the Epic rarity, can even change the visual effects of Cookie's attacks, skills, or summons.

Outfits and Costume Gacha are unlocked by completing a quest that is accessed after passing World Discovery Stages 2-13.

How to unlock costumes

Outfits can be unlocked from the brand new costume gacha system. There are 47 different skins in total, with 5 of which have the effect of supporting the power when fully collecting its ingredients.

Each costume gacha drag costs 300 Rainbow Cubes, which can be obtained through event rewards, pack purchases, and shops.

Like regular treasure and cookie gachas, there are different probabilities for each skin to open. Cookies with Halloween costumes such as Latte Cookie, Strawberry Crepe Cookie, Madeleine Cookie and Fig Cookie have increased drag rates in the costume gacha.

If a duplicate skin is received, the player will receive a Rainbow Crystal as compensation, depending on the rarity of that skin. These Rainbow Crystals can be traded at the Rainbow Crystal store to purchase any Epic skin.

How to collect Rainbow Cube

There is no specific way to collect Rainbow Cubes. While some of the latest Cookie Run: Kingdom events and codes will give Rainbow Cubes as rewards, the main way to get them is by purchasing through bundles. However, this method is expensive and players should not use it.

Equip skins in Cookie Run: Kingdom

After obtaining any Cookie skin, the player can equip it from the Costume tab in the Cookie menu. There, the player can see a list of all available skins in the game. Those that are not owned will be greyed out, while those with a color indicating it have been unlocked by the player.

To equip a skin, the player must select an outfit he owns and select the Equip button. Cookie will dress up in both the battle and the world of the Kingdom. Certain outfits also change the cookie attack aesthetic.
