ChatGPT allows users to choose the level of personal information sharing, limit the types of data collected, and implement various other measures to protect their privacy. By adjusting a few simple settings, you can minimize the risk of personal information leaks and better control what the AI knows about you.
1. Use ChatGPT without an account.
Even without an account, you can still send regular requests, perform web searches, or attach images. The main drawback is that ChatGPT offers a basic AI version without advanced features and limited topics. However, if you only need basic functions and don't want to reveal your conversations or data, then you can use this method.
2. Do not log in using a Google, Apple, or Microsoft account.
When registering for ChatGPT, you can use your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account, or register using your own email address. If you want to limit data sharing with third parties, consider using your own email address instead of logging in with a Google or Microsoft account.
Logging in with your Apple account is more secure if you enable the Hide My Email feature in iCloud+ , which hides your real email address when creating your ChatGPT account.
3. Send temporary messages on ChatGPT
If you don't want ChatGPT to save your chat history to remember information, you can enable the "Temporary Chat" feature. This mode does not save message history and is not used to personalize the experience in the future; it's suitable for exchanging more private or sensitive content.
4. Turn off the model training feature.
To limit the amount of chat data used for AI training, you can turn this setting off. Go to Settings and then select Data Control .
Now, turn off the "Improve the model for everyone" setting . When this feature is turned off, new conversations will not be used to train the ChatGPT model.

7. Xóa lịch sử trò chuyện trên ChatGPT
