Early game
Simply start with cheap Destiny champions, then add 3 Destiny champions including Yasuo, Ahri, and Kindred. Add a tank or damage champion depending on what you need. If you're taking high-cost carries in the late game, just level up normally. If you're slowrolling these low-cost champions, just lose streaks, don't level up, and save money to roll for these low-cost champions at level 5.
In the middle of the game
If you've chosen to roll for low-cost champions, roll Yasuo and Ahri at level 5 to 3 stars, and then level them up to level 6 after rolling them to 3 stars. If you don't roll or don't see many low-cost Destiny champions appearing, just level up normally. Activate 5 Destiny champions as shown below.
End of game
The late game is crucial for determining your team composition. If you use slowrolls for low-cost champions, you'll level up to level 8 more slowly to activate the 7 Destiny set. - Destiny Reward: Receive 400 shields at the start of battle.

Skill: Blooming Arrows

- Dash away from the current target, dealing 135/200/285 magic damage to them and 75/115/175 magic damage to the nearest enemy.
- Destiny Bonus: Grants an additional 20% attack speed.
Aphelios - Destiny/Sniper
Skill: Twilight Wave
- Reduces the armor of the 3 nearest enemies by 20% for 7 seconds. Then fires 3 shots at them, dealing physical damage to the enemies.
- Destiny's Reward: Increases physical damage by 25%.

Skill: The Dark Path
- Thresh and the lowest-health ally receive a shield for 4 seconds, dealing magic damage to enemies near both of them. Thresh shares 30/30/35% of his armor and magic resistance with the shielded ally for 6 seconds.
- Destiny Reward: Gain 20 armor and magic resistance.
Syndra - Destiny/Mage
Skill: Ghost Butterfly
- Passive: Start combat with 7 butterflies and gain 1 additional butterfly every 2 uses or when an ally is defeated.
- Activation: Syndra throws all of her butterflies at the current target, dealing magic damage for each butterfly that hits.
- Fate's Reward: Deals an additional 12% damage.
Sett - Destiny/Darkness/Guardian
Skills: Darkness and Light
- Passive: At the start of combat, Sett crunches around targets in the same row. Gain an additional 1% AD permanently for every 1000 health gained from crunching.
- Activation: Sett stomps on the target in front of him, stunning them and dealing physical damage. He also deals physical damage equal to a percentage of the target's maximum health plus bonus damage to enemies within a 2.5-tile radius.
- Destiny Reward: Receive 15% full lifesteal.
