During or after creating the test suite, you can edit test cases by changing the question wording or modifying expected answers, keywords, or tools as needed. You can select multiple test cases for bulk editing by checking the checkbox next to each test case.

1. Access the agent's Evaluation page .
2. Choose a test suite.
3. In the testing toolset, select the test case you want to modify.
4. Change the wording of the question by editing the text in the Question field .

Conversation
1. Access the agent's Evaluation page .
2. Choose a test suite.
3. In the testing toolset, select the test case you want to modify.
4. In the right-hand panel, modify the conversation by selecting the edit icon.
The conversation editor appears. Here, you can see the user's messages, which you can edit, and the agent's reference responses. These reference responses are how you expect the agent to respond within the context of the conversation.
5. To change the user's question or the agent's reference response, select it.
6. (Optional) Select Add a user question to add more questions and responses.
7. Select Done to save your changes and close the conversation editor.
8. Complete the requirements for the testing methods you have chosen.
9. Select Apply to save the changes to the test case.
10. When you have finished making changes to your test suite, select Save to save the test suite or Evaluate to run the tests.
