Many people link their social media accounts to PUBG Mobile , specifically Facebook . If your Facebook account gets hacked, the PUBG Mobile account linked to it will also be lost.
If your account has many rare skins, it would be a shame to lose them. Therefore, many gamers want to unlink their Facebook account and link it to another account to prevent any unfortunate incidents. The instructions below will help you unlink your PUBG Mobile account.
Unlink your PUBG Mobile account
Step 1: First, if you are only linking one account to your PUBG Mobile account, go to Settings > tap the plus sign to link another account to PUBG Mobile.
Here, I've chosen an Apple account. You can also link a Game Center account, but the recommendation is to link an Apple account.
Step 2: Your PUBG Mobile is now linked to both your Apple and Facebook accounts. Then, select Log Out and log back in using your Apple account.
You need to log back in with your Apple account to unlink it from your Facebook account. As shown in the image below, your Apple account should be linked before your Facebook account. Then, click " Unlink account" .
To unlink a social media account, it must have been linked for at least 21 days. If it's less than that number of days, you're not allowed to unlink it; click Continue .
Click Unlink .
Step 3: Once your request is accepted, you will have to wait 7 days for the unlinking process to complete.
Similarly, on Android, you can choose to link your Play Games account to PUBG Mobile instead of Facebook.
After unlinking your Facebook account, it will no longer be able to log into the game. You will need to use a newly linked account to log back in, and your in-game data such as skins, currency, etc., will be linked to the new account.
