Google is researching Android keyboard apps that feature real-time translation through Google Translate for two people on the same device.
The patent for this keyboard application was approved several years ago and Google seems to be working on it. The mode of operation of the application is to divide the device screen into two parts. Two people can communicate in different languages and Google will translate these conversations. For example, you can talk to an English person by typing Vietnamese messages, Google will translate / display messages on the other side keyboard in English and vice versa.
According to Google, this application will help users to easily communicate with locals during travel or business.
